01.How fast can I receive an order in the Eastern Cape vs nationwide?
Orders within East London, Gqeberha, and regional Eastern Cape hubs can often be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. Nationwide deliveries to Gauteng, Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal typically take 3 to 5 business days via temperature-monitored couriers.
02.Can I order a custom mixed case of different iNCIBA wines?
Yes. You can select "The Kings Edition Curated Mixed Case" or specify custom bottle splits between King Hintsa Natural Sweet Red, Chief Maqoma Pinotage, King Sarhili White Blend, and King Sandile Sauvignon Blanc directly in the multi-step form above.
03.What is the lead time for wedding and event allocations?
We recommend connecting 2 to 4 weeks prior to your celebration to ensure chilled delivery and custom bottle presentation. However, we also cater to priority allocations in under 7 days for regional Eastern Cape events.
04.What are the requirements to stock iNCIBA in our bottle store or restaurant?
We partner with licensed liquor retailers, boutique lodges, and fine dining establishments. Complete the "Become a Stockist" step in our form, and our sales team will provide wholesale trade pricing, specimen sheets, and sample kits.
05.How do I pay for an order via EFT / Bank Transfer?
