1. Shipping Policy
We proudly deliver our premium wines across South Africa.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or communicated via our WhatsApp concierge during the order process.
2. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our wines. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:
- Damaged Goods: If your wine arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at bongile@incibawines.co.za with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Returns: We accept returns of unopened and undamaged bottles within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Special Orders
For custom orders, event catering, or bulk corporate purchases, specific shipping and return terms may be outlined in your custom agreement or invoice.
